I put in at Shell Mound this morning at daylight and left at 2:30pm. I caught and released 25 Largemouth with the ones above being my best. The lake is stained and had a lot of floaters here and there.  I caught everything on 2 rigs. A 3/8oz Threadfin Shad VMC Spin Jig www.vmchooks .com with a Smelt 360GT Searchbait  www.stormlures.com on 10lb test Sufix Clear Blue Pro Mix Mono.www.sufix.com  I had to keep the spin jig just above the bottom and the didn’t really nail it was almost like pulling through grass. The rest I caught on plastics and 8lb Sufix Pro Mix.  Water temp in mid to high 60’s.  More tomorrow.
